Chopard Alpine Eagle XL Chronograph
As the ultimate testimony of the expertise and creativity of Chopard’s workshop, the Alpine Eagle series ushered in a new 44 mm diameter chronograph, which introduced two novel features: on the one hand, the use of ethical gold and ceramic titanium A bi-material case made of metal; on the other side is a calfskin strap. Below the Pitch Black dial of the new Alpine Eagle XL Chrono model, it is equipped with the Chopard 03.05-C flyback chronograph movement. The design of this movement has the accuracy certified by the observatory and has won three patents for Chopard.
Design inspired by nature
In addition to technical strength, the Alpine Eagle series has been a guarantee of aesthetic skills since its launch, fully complying with Louis Sullivan’s principle of “form obeys function”. The new Chopard Alpine Eagle XL Chrono watch fully embodies this principle. On the right side, the timing button is cleverly and carefully integrated on both sides of the protective bumper to maintain Alpine Eagle’s unique shape and symmetry.
On the Alpine Eagle XL Chrono model, harmony also occupies a supreme position in the center of the pitch black dial. Drawing inspiration from the colors of alpine flora and fauna, Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, Chopard’s co-president and creator of the series, hopes that this color can be used as a reference for the darkness of the mountains when wild animals regain their rights, reminding us of humanity and urbanization. The degree of damage to the lifestyles of surrounding animal species caused by night lighting. Like all Alpine Eagle models, the dial retains its texture and radiant pattern, reminiscent of the iris of an eagle. The feather-like second hand flies past this clear and easy-to-read display, interrupted by a raised counter.
The black chronographs with 30-minute, small seconds and 12-hour displays at 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock have been carefully designed to improve the legibility of the measurement. The same is true for the hands connected to the chronograph function and the red inlays on the 100, 160 and 240 graduations on the tachymeter scale. The speedometer scale is divided into four parts, and the interval of each line varies from 5, 10, 20 or 40 km/h to ensure perfect calculation of the average speed measurement.
The Chopard Alpine Eagle XL Chrono oversized 44mm case is made of ethical 18-carat rose gold and ceramic titanium. The combination of these two precious metals is the first in watchmaking aesthetics, especially in the Alpine Eagle XL Chrono series. So far, Lucent Steel A223 and/or ethical rose gold are available. Popular replica watch
According to Chopard’s commitment to all watch and jewelry production since July 2018, the 18-carat rose gold used to make the case comes from an ethical supply chain; the use of ceramic titanium reflects the avant-garde spirit of the workshop. This lightweight and super wear-resistant metal is obtained through a titanium oxidation process using plasma technology-this treatment makes it hard to reach 1000 Vickers hardness, and has the same impact and scratch resistance as ceramics. It was developed in the aerospace and automotive industries and has an anthracite gray that will not fade over time, giving the entire watch a sporty and ultra-modern feel.
The Alpine Eagle XL Chrono is also the first mass-produced timepiece of the series with a black calfskin strap. Until now, only the Alpine Eagle XL Chrono Only Watch-a unique watch designed specifically to support the Monaco Anti-Muscular Dystrophy Association-has broken away from the iconic metal bracelet. Like the latter, the leather strap retains Chopard Alpine Eagle’s iconic central embossed cap and a very modern graphic design. Because the style is about details, its red rein stitching subtly echoes the timing function instructions on the dial. perfect cheap watch
Three patents for high-precision chronograph movements
The core of the case is a highly precise chronograph movement, equipped with a precision chronometer certified by the Swiss Official Observatory Testing Institute (COSC). Chopard Calibre 03.05-C is equipped with a 22-carat rose gold central oscillating weight, with a power reserve of up to 60 hours, and is carefully designed to ensure accurate adjustment and optimized timing functions. Equipped with a column wheel, it represents the pinnacle of many technological innovations. Chopard has obtained three patents for the development of LUC Calibre 03.03-L designed by Chopard engineers and manufactured for LUC Chrono One. This chronograph movement made its debut in 2006. It is equipped with a column wheel, vertical clutch, flyback and small seconds reset function, as well as a particularly precise jumping chronograph. It is still the most innovative movement in the world. In 2022, Luc Collection will celebrate its 25th anniversary, as an opportunity for Meimei to emphasize the leading role of fake Chopard manufacturer’s innovation and the integration of watchmaking knowledge into its entire production process. Chopard’s 03.05-C movement is mass-produced by the workshop. This cutting-edge technology has injected extraordinary charm into the Alpine Eagle series.
Alpine Eagle series: reinterpreting classics
Designed by three generations of gentlemen in the Scheufele family, the Alpine Eagle series is a modern reinterpretation of St. Moritz watches. This is Karl-Friedrich Scheufele’s first watch in the late 1970s. With its pure and confident design, Alpine Eagle has enriched this tradition with powerful inspiration drawn from nature. A round case with stylized sides; a crown engraved with compass roses; a bezel with eight functional index screws; a textured dial with dark tones and luminous indicators; and an integrated metal bracelet.
Chopard’s independent and integrated capabilities enable Meimei to perform the entire range of collection production and assembly phases in its own workshop, from sports to bracelets, as well as parts and situations.
